Tender description

CPD (acting as the Central Purchasing Body) wishes to appoint Economic Operators (EOs) to enter into a Framework Agreement for provision ground investigation works for Public Sector bodies in Northern Ireland. Activities required include, but are not limited to: drilling of boreholes, excavation of trail pits, groundwater monitoring, geotechnical and geo-environmental testing, geophysical investigations and production of factual and interpretative reports. Individual Works Packages pursuant to this Framework will be instructed through the issue of Works Orders(WO). The issuing of a WO will constitute the formation of a contract between an individual Public Sector Contracting Authority and an EO. The value of any single WO will typically range from 2 000 GBP to 40 000 GBP. The value of any single WO will generally be limited to 150 000 GBP. This procurement will be awarded on the basis of MEAT with the Price element assessed using Mean Narrow Average. Details will be provided at ITT Stage.
