Gloucestershire Framework - Floating / Visiting Support (All Age All Disability)

Tender description

Gloucestershire County Council needs to engage competent providers to deliver a range of community-based support services for individuals of all ages with disabilities in Gloucestershire. Support Planners / Social Workers / Individuals / Families can look at the lists of contracted providers and know the support that is offered by a provider, the rates / prices charged by each provider for that service and the area in which they offer the service. The Support Service will be delivered to disabled children, young people and adults with the aim of increasing participation, independence, resilience and life skills. Potential Providers will have the option to offer services to all described under the Contract but do not have to be able to offer to all groups / ages and can specialise in any. This Service Specification describes the requirements for support that is delivered to people individually. This can include support at night via a sleeping or waking night and includes the provision of personal care as per regulated activity requirements (CQC / Ofsted).
