Gloucestershire Framework Contract - Support in Shared Accommodation (for Adults with Disabilities)

Tender description

Commissioners in Gloucestershire wish to procure packages of support for people (aged 18 and over) with disabilities (learning disabilities, physical disabilities and/or mental health issues) living within Shared Accommodation via this Framework Contract. The framework contract can be used within and by any of the following Purchasers/Organisations: Gloucestershire County Council Gloucestershire Care Services Gloucestershire 2Gether Trust Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group The Service Specification describes the requirements for support that is shared between several individuals, sometimes referred to as “core” or “background” support. The Service Specification also describes the support that is delivered to an individual on a “one-to-one” (1:1) basis. This can include support at night via a sleeping or waking night and includes the provision of personal care as defined by the Care Quality Commission.
