Tender description

Milestone 1 - To have recruited and appointed advisers to start in the following Job Centre plus offices - Helston, Penryn, Penzance, Redruth and Truro Milestone 2 - 6 appointments to be available 1 day a week to each JCP listed - A total of 15 initial assessments being conducted each week across the 5 JCP offices - All those assessed will have a completed action plan or an exit report with their next steps documented and copied to the customers work coach - A total of 20 people to have been fully engaged and caseloaded Milestone 3 - A total of 80 people to have been fully engaged and caseloaded - Of those caseloaded 75% will show an improvement on the Warwick Edinburgh scale - Of those caseloaded 65% will have moved closer to employment - Increased support by signposting to other mental health and specialist provision - evidenced on action plans or exit reports Milestone 4 - A total of 120 people to have been fully engaged and caseloaded, all of which will have an action plan or exit report which has been shared with the work coach - Of those caseloaded 75% will show an improvement on the Warwick Edinburgh scale - Of those caseloaded 65% will have moved closer to employment - Increased support by signposting to other mental health and specialist provision - evidenced on action plans or exit reports
