DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT This competition is for the services on a single site development in the Ards and North Down Area to deliver a scheme of approximately 18no. 3p2b GN apartments. The Project is for the provision of the delivery of housing units by means of a single site development in the Ards and North Down Area to deliver a scheme of approximately 18no. 3p2b GN apartments for Clanmil in accordance with the DFC Housing Association Guide; Employers Requirements and statutory body requirements. Employers Agent Appointment Clanmil intend to appoint an Employers Agent consultancy team to act on behalf of Clanmil as per the scope of services. The Employers Agent will be required to perform their duties under an NEC3 Professional Services Contract 2013 as amended.
