Tender description
OAS will be the centre of excellence for training engineering apprentices at intermediate, advanced and higher levels including degree. OAS aims to raise the standard of apprenticeships and produce high-end technicians. OAS will enable businesses to offer young people apprenticeships of the highest quality and provide training in a work place environment. OAS Phase 2 will deliver quality apprenticeships to produce highly qualified, work ready and relevantly skilled technicians at a scale that will address the advanced technology and engineering skills gap in Oxfordshire and ultimately nationwide.
