Tender description

This tender opportunity forms part of the ongoing implementation of the National Training Framework for Wales on violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence. The aim of the National Training Framework on violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence is to create a consistent and quality assured approach to training on the issue of violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence. The tender opportunity specifically relates to groups 4, 5 and 6 of the National Training Framework. To develop and deliver an accredited programme of learning aimed at specialist professionals working with victims of domestic abuse (to include Independent Domestic Violence Advisers (IDVAs), outreach workers, refuge workers and those in similar roles) at level 3. Review and deliver an accredited training course aimed at managers of specialist violence against women, domestic Abuse and sexual violence services. To deliver a conference and supplementary activity to senior public service leadership in Wales (in close consultation with Welsh Government) that raises awareness of the National Training Framework and strengthens engagement with its aims.
