Tender description
Dorset County Council and NHS Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are working in partnership to co-commission a Dorset Care Framework for People with Learning Disabilities. The framework will apply to the five districts within the new unitary Dorset Council boundaries from 1st April 2019 and will operate for five years and therefore excludes Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole. The framework will replace DN110594 DPS for Care and Support at Home for Adults with Learning Disabilities. The shared vision is to ensure that learning disabilities services work in an outcome-focused way and commissioned to meet current, emerging and future needs which include being able to support people with more complex needs in their own accommodation. The Commissioning Partners have developed a new Open Framework arrangement to provide high quality care and support interventions for adults with learning disabilities. The Commissioning Partners are committed to delivering high quality services and outcomes, whilst working within decreasing budgets. Keywords: Health and Social Care, Learning Disabilities
