Tender description

A compliance document management system for gas and electrical inspection/testing at Council properties is required for Fife Council. A compliance document management system for gas and electrical safety certification with the following characteristics: — ability to extract data from existing certificates held as pdf files, — a single repository of gas and electrical assets, asset condition and maintenance/test information, — ability to search and report on compliance records, — automated certificate validation to identify non-compliance or properties requiring attention, — provision of information to enable asset lifecycle planning and management of compliance requirements, — provision of performance information, — secure data storage of information that is compliant with current Data Protection regulations and will also be compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations that are enforceable from 25.5.2018, — the solution will provide a data repository that is compatible with Power BI, — it is externally hosted and cloud-based, — it meets gov.uk cloud security principles, — has adequate security to host official information, — is in line with Fife Council security requirements. Review and update of all gas and electrical asset inspection, test and management processes.
