Tender description

Oxfordshire County Council is commissioning supported living services for people with a learning disability. This procurement relates to a supported living scheme located in a modern bungalow in Cumnor Hill, on the western outskirts of Oxford city. The property has been acquired by Oxfordshire County Council from the open market via a private equity company and is leased to a registered housing provider. It is suitable for use as a supported living home for 4 people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. The anticipated start date of the contract is the beginning of April 2019 for a period of 5 years (with an option to extend for up to 60 months in aggregate). TUPE information can be provided on return to us of a completed Confidentiality Agreement via the portal.
