Tender description
Clanmil Housing wishes to appoint suitably qualified contractors to provide a cyclical decoration works at the Savoy Bangor. For the avoidance of doubt the cyclical decoration works are in line with current DfC guidelines https://www.dsdni.gov.uk/housing-maintenance inc painting, redecoration, carpeting and all associated works to communal areas.
