Tender description
The Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced potential contractors to provide a cleaning service to a variety of buildings. This will include a daily cleaning service for a variety of buildings as detailed further in the tender specification, together with ad-hoc cleaning services on both a planned and reactive basis and snow clearing services. This is a restricted process with a SSQ issued for the first stage. The 10 highest ranking bidders at the SSQ stage will then be selected for progressing to ITT stage. The Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced potential contractors to provide a cleaning service to a variety of buildings within the North Hertfordshire area. Ad-hoc cleaning services are also required on both a planned and reactive basis, along with snow clearing services.
