Reallies is a social housing regeneration consortia. Its membership consists of regional housing consortia who bring together unmatched experience in procurement and regeneration. The membership consists of Procure Plus (PP), Efficiency North (EN) and Central Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC). Further information can be found by visiting www.re-allies.com Reallies has now to procured and will enter into a Framework Agreement with a number of service providers for the provision of consultancy services which will be provided predominantly in relation to social housing properties but may also be provided in relation to other public buildings, including but not limited to, schools and offices. This lot is for the provision of site and ground investigation services, monitoring and laboratory testing in various levels of complexity including but not limited to site investigation surveys including: — soil sampling and analysis, — geology and mining investigations, — hydrogeology and flooding, — groundwater sampling and monitoring, — surface water sampling/monitoring, — bio-gas and radon gas monitoring, — geo-environmental risk assessment, — environmental impact assessment, — contaminated land survey and topographical surveys. This Lot is for the completion of asbestos surveys to enable the production asbestos risk registers, the completion of risk assessments and the production of written plans to manage the risks identified. This Lot is for the completion of stock condition surveys to enable the assessment of the condition of housing stock to identify the appropriate means by which to maintain properties to the Decent Homes Standard as a minimum. This Lot is for consultants who are able perform the role of the Principal Designer as set out in the Construction(Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (as amended) or equivalent. This Lot is for consultants who can perform the role of Employers Agent to the standards and requirements set out in the specification (or equivalent) to meet customer requirements. This Lot is for consultants who can deliver architectural services to the standards and requirements set out in the specification (or equivalent) to meet customer requirements. This Lot is for consultants who can deliver mechanical and electrical services and who can assist customers to design and install systems to make buildings comfortable, efficient and safe. This Lot is for consultants who can manage all costs relating to a customer’s building and civil engineering projects from the initial calculations to the final figure and enhancing value for money. This Lot is for consultants who can deliver structural engineering services to the standards and requirements set out in the specification (or equivalent) to meet customer requirements. This Lot is for consultants who can perform the role of a clerk of works to ensure that work is carried out to both the regulatory standards and the customer’s specification and schedule. This Lot is for consultants who can deliver (either directly or through sub-contracting arrangements) multiple disciplines set out in the specifications for employers agent, principal designer, architectural services,mechanical and electrical, quantity surveying and clerk of works services. This Lot is for the provision of various types of energy assessment services ranging from desk-based modelling to on site property assessments. This Lot is for the provision of a range of consultancy services, guidance, advice and practical intervention to include (but not be limited to), energy efficiency assessments, energy efficiency options appraisals, construction detail enhancements, heat loss calculations, air tightness testing and performance monitoring. This Lot is for consultants who can provide specialist project leadership and management to ensure that work is carried out to the customer's standards, specification and schedule whilst managing technical risks, avoid the common retrofit failure points, increasing team productivity, maximising project budgets and minimising unnecessary expenditure. This Lot is for consultants who can provide specialist advice to assist customers in managing their property assets in the interests of efficiency and effectiveness.
