Tender description

LHC will be inviting micro, small, medium and large Contractors to tender for a new framework to support the delivery of publicly funded new housing projects across: — North, — Central and South East England, including: —— housing, —— apartments, —— care homes, —— student accommodation and other types of residential properties. The framework will be split into lots, by region and project size, to encourage participation from a range of Contractors. Contractors will also be able to bid for one or more regions, and offer partial coverage of a region in the case of the smaller project sizes. In parallel we will also be creating a construction consultancy framework to provide consultancy services that take a construction project from feasibility stage through construction to handover and ongoing management for the client.
