Tender description

The Council is tendering a fully integrated, high quality 16+ supported accommodation provision for young people with high support needs. The service must provide person-centred and outcome focussed housing related support to young people aged 16 to 21 with high support needs, including Looked After Children, Care Leavers and young people under the care of the Youth Offending Team who have an established local connection to Hampshire. The successful provider(s) will deliver accommodation with support which aims to increase independence skills and promote engagement with education and employment through flexible support packages. The Council will use a Light Touch procurement process to create an Open Framework, which will commence on 1.1.2019 and will be for a period of four years. Providers that fulfill the Council’s selection and award criteria are able to join the Open Framework at its start date and after the start date half-yearly throughout its duration. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 3:00 p.m. on 23.11.2018, if they wish to become providers at the start date of the Open Framework.
