Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon (the Council) are seeking are provider to undertake waste composition analysis on its general waste from a range of properties across the borough. The provider will be expected to provide a breakdown on the amount of, but not limited to, food, garden, textile and recyclable items within the general waste The purpose of this composition analysis is to provide the Council with waste data on the type of recycling that resident are putting into the general waste without using the Council's weekly recycling service
