Tender description

The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) as the contracting authority is tendering for the provision of clinical and offensive waste management services. The Framework consists of two lots. Lot 1 – The Provision of General, Recycling, Hazardous, WEEE & Horse Waste Management Services This Lot is for the provision of general & recycled office waste, hazardous, WEEE and horse waste services. The service required comprises a planned and an ad hoc element. The collection from designated collection points and movement to approved disposal facility of confidential waste. • Hazardous /WEEE waste – waste’ defined by the EWC including, but not limited to, asbestos, fluorescent tubes, televisions and computer monitors, fridges, lead-acid batteries, torch batteries, solvent based paints, dog waste, clinical waste (soft and hard) including body fluid. Lot 2- The provision of clinical waste, fem hygiene and dog waste, This Lot is for the provision of: clinical waste, fem hygiene and dog waste services This Lot is for the provision of: clinical, feminine hygiene and dog waste services Generally, but not exclusively, solids, liquids, sharps, and laboratory waste, sanitary and feminine hygiene waste, including body fluid soiled cell blankets.
