North Ayrshire Council (The Council) wishes to establish a framework for the provision of building services agency staff. The contract will facilitate the provision of labour from various trade types as and when required for building services requirements. The Council currently have a contract in place and this is due to expire on 13.12.2018. The resultant contract will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to 24 months subject to satisfactory performance. As a minimum requirement bidders should have a minimum turnover of 1 920 000. AN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Or equivalent is required: — employers compulsory liability of 10 000 000, — public liability insurance of 5 000 000. The Framework Agreement will have a maximum of 4 entrants and will be ranked using evaluation scores from the tender.
