Tender description
To assist Local Authorities, Approved Housing Bodies, and other organisations in the delivery of Social Housing, the Department of Housing Planning & Local Government (DHPLG) wishes to publish a selection of standard internal dwelling layouts, which will be deemed to satisfy the DHPLG as to compliance with Design Guidance published in Quality Housing for Sustainable Communities (QHSC). This is a Request for Tenders to prepare electronic drawings, appraise, report, design and prepare internal layout plans suitable for publication, of a series of 28 No Optimal Internal layouts, with a maximum of 12 possible variations, together with 12 Site Layout/Section Diagrams.
