St Mungo's is undertaking a market-engagement exercise prior to the planned procurement of a new Property Asset Management System in January 2019. The minimum expectation of the system is comprehensive asset and property management as well as tenancy and rent account functionality. Please see II.2.4 below for further information. We are seeking a system which is fit for purpose, supports automation and is scalable. The system must also integrate with current systems; specifically the Finance System (Open Financials on SQL) and Client Management System (Opal on Salesforce). We are exploring a range of options and will consider joint and consortium bids as well as established systems.Interested suppliers are invited to a Supplier Day and Q&A session on 30.11.2018 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at our London Head Office.
