Tender description

The university is seeking to replace its current in house developed identity and access management system with a commercial off the shelf product to better meet current and future needs. It is anticipated the contract will last for 5 years. Tenderers must have experience of delivering similar sized solutions in the higher education sector and have UK based support. Case studies will be requested as part of this exercise. Should any off premise/cloud based technology be proposed data must be held in UK/EU data centres in accordance with GDPR requirements. Tenderers must register with the In-Tend South East portal at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sesharedservices/aspx/Home Registration and use of the portal is free. This will allow tenderers to read and download the full set of ITT documents and submit completed returns.
