Halton Borough Council is seeking informal Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from developers and or interested parties which would provide details of how you would work with the Council on the implementation of the Masterplan and Delivery Strategy for the Runcorn Station Quarter area. Runcorn as a whole is one of eight key impact areas identified in its Mersey Gateway Regeneration Plan and is regarded as a key regeneration priority for the Council.
