Tender description
Warrington Borough Council, in line with its responsibilities under the Homeless Reduction Act 2018, is seeking to commission a short term Safe Seat project to prevent and relieve rough sleeping during winter 2018/19. This service will supports the Local Authority in meeting its statutory and discretionary duties in relation to people at risk of homelessness or Rough Sleeping.
