Tender description

The services are the carrying out of a fixed price detailed design (RIBA stage 4) capital maintenance scheme to the main concrete seawall at Robin Hoods Bay as more particularly described in the Scope and the activities outlined in the Activity Schedule. The Consultant will undertake the role of Principal Designer. The consultant is also required to price for undertaking part time project management of the works along with part time site supervision.
