A fully comprehensive service and maintenance framework controlled access equipment including all emergency call outs of: — automatic doors (including swing and sliding, cantilever doors and folding doors), — roller shutters (including electric shutters, fire shutters, industrial shutters, servery doors, sectional bay doors, speed/rapid doors, steel window shutters), — car park barriers (including automatic barrier, automatic gates, manual barriers), — other (including hydraulic hatches, motorized fire curtains, pedestrian gates, revolving doors). The object is to ensure maximum safety and to maintain the client’s plant in a good working order with the minimum of breakdowns in addition to fulfil the client’s liability under the current legislation assigned in the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 and all other relevant statutory requirements.
