Tender description

This is a call to competition by Iarnród Éireann (IE) for the procurement of “221 and 222” keys, locks and associated components. The locks and keys are used by IE’s Signalling, Electrical and Telecomms (SE and T) Dept to control access to signalling and telecoms operational equipment. Each items is identified using a BR category number: Current annual spend would be in the region of 50 000 EUR but this figure is not guaranteed and may rise of fall depending of demand. IE intend to enter into a 3 year fixed price agreement, with an option to extend by 2 additional years at IE’s discretion. Delivery is to IE central stores, Inchicore, Dublin 8. A pre-qualification questionnaire is attached and must be fully completed and returned as directed.
