PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE - REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST AND INFORMATION

NHS West Leicestershire CCG is considering the re-procurement of APMS Contract for Centre Surgery in Hinckley, Leicestershire. The CCG will be recommissioning from December 2018 (exact date to be confirmed) and are considering a longer-term contract to deliver additional services (potentially 5 years plus 5 year's extension). Estimated value for this contract is circa £640k per annum. The purpose of this PIN is to make the market aware of the CCGs' intent, give providers an opportunity to register their interest and also to obtain comments and feedback on the early draft service specification and the contracting terms for this service. Attached with this notice is the draft specification for the service. We would be grateful if any current providers of similar services, providers who may be interested in providing this service in the future, or other stakeholders could review the information, complete the attached feedback form and return this via the Bravo website. Interested providers are guided to complete and submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), to be completed and submitted via the MLCSU eProcurement portal Bravo by the stated deadline to submit their questionnaire. To do that, candidates need to register on the portal at https://mlcsu.bravosolution.co.uk. If your organisation has registered previously, you do not need to re-register. Once registered, candidates must express interest by: a) logging-in to the Portal, and b) selecting response to advert and PQQ (search for reference number pqq_461) and submit by the date specified.
