Tender description

NHS Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group wishes to procure a Framework Agreement for print and associated services. This will include printed forms, stationery and bespoke printed items together with associated print services, with a delivery and collection service to main sites. The key aims of this service are to: — provide the Commissioner with a Framework Agreement for all of their print and associated requirements, — to significantly reduce annual printing costs, — to provide continued cost improvements including rationalisation and standardisation of printed forms, — innovative proposals are sought for the future development of the service. The Framework Agreement term will be 4 years. The Framework Agreement is planned to commence from 1.4.2019. The annual budget is approximately 40 000 GBP inclusive of VAT (where applicable). This procurement is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
