Tender description

Norfolk County Council wishes to buy an online payroll service that can be used to run payrolls for people who are using Direct Payments to pay Personal Assistants. The service must be capable of being accessed by council staff, Direct Payments recipients and their representatives and payees. The system must be capable of processing 1200+ payrolls each month paying just over 1800 people and must be able to be used by people with disabilities with varying accessibility needs. Full details are contained within the Service Specification. The estimated value of this contract is for the initial 5 year term and does not take in to account any extensions.
