Tender description

Greenfields is inviting legal providers to submit tenders for inclusion onto a Legal Services framework agreement. Tenderers are welcome to submit costs for just one or more LOTs of the services as detailed below. All tenderers shall complete the ITT Stage 1 document as well as this ITT. If a tenderer shall be deemed to “fail” at Stage 1 their ITT submission will not be considered. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of 4 years commencing 19th December 2018 and will be open to Greenfields and the Procurement Alliance for Essex (PAE) members. The Framework Agreement will be set up on the basis that members may access by either a direct call-off procedure using the pricing schedule or by mini-competition on cost only or cost/quality. It should be noted that successfully winning a place on this framework does not guarantee any level of business will be instructed by any members of the PAE. Keywords: Legal Services
