Tender description

This opportunity is being carried out under "Light Touch Regime" schedule 3 Public Contract Regulations 2015 Greenfields is inviting legal providers to submit tenders for inclusion onto a Legal Services framework agreement. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of 4 years commencing 19.12.2018 and will be open to Greenfields and the Procurement Alliance for Essex (PAE) members. Full details of membership may be viewed accessing the following website https://www.paessex.gov.uk/. Tenderers are welcome to submit for just one or more LOTs of the services as detailed below. All tenderers shall complete the ITT Stage One document as well as the ITT. If a tenderer shall be deemed to “fail” at Stage One their ITT submission will not be considered. Typical services to be provided but not limited to, • Acquisitions and disposals • Leases, licenses and conveyancing • Landlord and tenant matters • Right to Buy • Social housing • Leaseholder matters • Social tenancy advice • Property charging • Adverse Possession Claims Typical services to be provided but not limited to, • Site/Property development • Environmental and planning • Compulsory purchase • Procurement and contractual matters • S106 agreements Typical services to be provided but not limited to, • Advice on anti social behaviour, estate management and tenancy maters • Disrepair claims • Unlawful occupiers, i.e. squatters • Debt recovery Typical services to be provided but not limited to, • Public procurement law • Contract advice, drafting and law • Dispute resolution • Outsourcing/contracting out of services, joint ventures • Corporate finance Typical services to be provided but not limited to, • Employment law • Equality issues • TUPE • Pensions • Health & Safety (employees) • Organisational change Typical services to be provided but not limited to, • Company law • Corporate finance • Governance • Company secretarial duties • Taxation • Joint ventures and venture capital advice
