Housing and Care 21 are looking to appoint a supplier to provide a full and comprehensive managed print service to support it's wide spread print estate. The supplier should be able to supply new and appropriate colour enabled devices for all locations and then be able to offer a full support service for the duration of the contract. This will include a maintenance and fix service in the event of device malfunction, the replenishment of toners and other peripherals and full account support to manage costs and promote initiatives to reduce print consumption, particularly for colour prints and copies. This tender will be conducted as a restricted process to enabled a shortlisting process to occur, thereby ensuring that only the most appropriate providers are able to bid. An E-Auction will also be used to assist with reducing prices where possible.
