Tender description
The Council purchases intermediate care in care homes to provide rehabilitation for people, usually after a stay in hospital. People are supported in the care home to receive a short period of rehabilitation following which they will move to their long-term accommodation, usually their own home. The Council requires 15 intermediate care beds in a designated unit with a focus on independence. The Council is interested in beds located in the South of the County.
