Bord na Móna has recently implemented a finance model based on shared services and business partnering across all business units utilising Oracle eBS version 12.1.3 as the ERP solution, together with a supply chain solution Oracle OTM supported by Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) tool. This PQQ is seeking submissions from interested parties in the provision of robotic process automation software including integrated cognitive capabilities (which will operate with any software application). This PQQ is seeking submissions from interested parties in the provision of robotic process automation software including integrated cognitive capabilities (which will operate with any software application). Implementation and support services may be provided via: — on premise/hosted software solution, — managed service, or — a hybrid of both options. A summary of the services required are: — robotic process automation software with machine learning algorithms, — professional implementation services, — on going support services. Typical processes that require automation are: — purchase to pay, — order to cash, — record to report, — master data, — general ledger, — sales order processing. The objective of the shared services project is to implement Robotic Process Automation in Financial Shared Services Centre with integrated cognitive capabilities, handling both structured and semi structured data, incorporating industry best practice that effectively supports Bord na Móna in achieving its strategic objectives.
