Framework Agreement for Printing Services for Gloucstershire Clinical Commissioning Group

Tender description

NHS Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group wishes to procure a Framework Agreement for print and associated services. This will include printed forms, stationery and bespoke printed items together with associated print services, with a delivery and collection service to main sites. The key aims of this service are to: - Provide the Commissioner with a Framework Agreement for all of their print and associated requirements. - To significantly reduce annual printing costs. - To provide continued cost improvements including rationalisation & standardisation of printed forms. - Innovative proposals are sought for the future development of the service. The Framework Agreement term will be 4 years. The Framework Agreement is planned to commence from 1st April 2019. The annual budget is approximately £40,000 inclusive of VAT (where applicable). This procurement is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
