Establishment of Multi-supplier framework for BEMS Works Contractors & Phase 1 BEMS Upgrade /Replacement Works

Tender description

University College Cork has an expansive and aging BEMS {Building Energy Management System} infrastructure that requires replacement and modernisation. This project will cover Phase 1 of the planned BEMS upgrades and the tendering process will be used to generate a framework of qualified contractors that will be used over a potential 48 month period to undertake a phased upgrade of the BEMS systems across the campus. UCC invites responses (“Tenders”) to this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from suitably qualified firms (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the works as described in the attached Works Requirements (“the works”) This RFT relates to the Phase 1 BEMS Upgrade/Replacement Works for University College Cork at the locations described below. The O'Rahilly Building The Main Quadrangle The Food Science Building This competition is also to establish a multi supplier framework with a maximum of Five Tenderers (“Framework”) to whom specific assignments may be awarded in due course based on the terms of a contract (“Framework Agreement”), on a non-exclusive basis.
