Employers' Agent services for a housing scheme

Tender description

London Borough of Waltham Forest are due to tender for Employers Agent services comprising (EA, Quantity Surveyor, Clerk of Works and Principle Designer / CDM) for a housing scheme. The scheme is part of a wider project that already has planning permission, however we are currently reviewing the housing element and will be looking to submit a new application for this part of the project. Therefore the technical services required are just to assist with the housing element which is set to deliver between 35 and 41 new build homes (mixture of houses and flats). The Council will run a mini-competition on Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Specialist Professional Services on www.sproc.net. The full requirement will be sent to ‘approved DPS providers’ who are fully enrolled on www.sproc.net. We encourage suppliers to start the enrolment process as soon as they can, as the approval can take up to 5 working days.
