Tender description

East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) and Havant Borough Council (HBC) share a Management Team to manage services for their residents and external organizations' interlinking three directorates, namely Commercial, Strategy & Governance and Operations and Commercial Delivery. They require an effective, efficient and responsive Occupational health Service to work collaboratively and proactively across both organisations. EHDC and HBC requires the delivery of an excellent Occupational Health Service that responds to the needs of the workforce whilst delivering business benefits in terms of effective utilisation and improved productivity. The workforce will consist of approximately 688 employees, split HBC = 279 EHDC = 309. The contract could be extendable beyond the (agreed time frame) by mutual agreement.
