Lot 1: Telecommunications Professional Services: — property and telecoms clearances, — energisation testing, — rent reviews/lease renewals, — preparation of documentation for new lettings, — rent reviews and renewals, — carry out inspections of telecoms equipment as required, inspect and audit to verify sites built in accordance with plans, ensure safety documentation is completed in accordance with NR asset protection requirements.
