Tender description

There are 3 lots in this tender. CIT may decide to draw down from One, None or Two of these lots (Lots 2 and 3 are either or). Vendors may respond to a single lot or both lots. CIT reserves the right to award each lot to different vendors if two separate vendors provide the most economically advantageous response to each lot, or to a single vendor if a single vendor provides the most economically advantageous tender across both lots. The 2 Lots are as follows: Lot 1: SIEM Managed Service / SOC. The provision of a Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) system as a Service. The Institute is looking to engage a suitable vendor to provide a SIEM solution as a service with 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC) coverage, including solution deployment and configuration and response to high priority alerts Lot 2: AV Managed Service including Licensing. CIT would also like to hear proposals from vendors on the costs of the vendor taking over AV management of CIT owned endpoints. CIT will continue to purchase all licensing required (unless vendors have another proposal) and the vendor would be asked to ensure AV on all CIT owned endpoints is secure, up to date and managed. Lot 3: AV Licensing Only CIT would also like to hear proposals from vendors on the AV licensing costs alone, where CIT would continue to manage the AV estate
