The National Citizen Service Trust (NCS) compliance, quality assurance and impact teams require a 3rd party organisation to help design and implement a quality .assurance framework to assess the quality of the NCS Programme The aims are to ensure NCS Trust is able to assess the quality of delivery to the level of detail, scrutiny and scale required in the future it has been agreed that NCS Trust now require a specialist organisation to run the quality of delivery aspect of the programme assessments. The National Citizen Service Trust (NCST) compliance, quality Assurance and Impact teams require a 3rd party organisation to help design and implement a quality assurance framework to assess the quality of the NCS Programme. The aims are to ensure NCST is able to assess the quality of delivery to the level of detail, scrutiny and scale required in the future. It has been agreed that NCST now require a specialist organisation to run assessments of the quality of the delivery aspect of the programme. The high level objectives are to appoint a suitable organisation to: (i) input into the design of an NCST developed quality assessment framework (framework still in development and due to be completed by April 2018); (ii) using the NCST quality assessment framework, schedule and conduct 100 quality assessments across the NCST network per year (number of visits likely to increase year on year); (iii) provide the NCST and the wider NCST network with good quality observational data on their programme delivery; (iv) input expertise in the longer running NCST Quality Assurance systems and processes to help improve the quality of delivery over time; (v) the contract will run for 3 years with the unilateral option to extend for a further year.
