Tender description

The authority is seeking to establish a single “Turnkey" provider to design, manufacture and install new homes using only “Off Site Manufactured" products/systems. A separate appointment onto the term contract is to be made for a “Multi-Disciplinary Consultant" (MDC) who will administer the contract on behalf of the authority in the role of project: — manager, — cost consultant, — design consultant, — CDM adviser and — clerk of works. The MDC will be an integral part of the team delivering the Local Authority New Build (LANB) Programme. The contract will be for the establishment of a single consultant on a long-term contract up to a maximum of 13 years.
