Tender description

This competition is for the appointment of design team consultancy services for the design and delivery of an extension to the existing Learning Resource Centre (LRC) on behalf of Institute of Technology Carlow. The overall gross internal floor area of the proposed extension will be circa 3 000 m2 spread across 3 or 4 stories. An element of refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing 6 200 m2, 3 storey building will also be required as part of the contract. The proposed extension will be to the east side of the existing building and will be located on an existing green space.
