A Joint Review of the Day Services (Learning Disabilities) to Co-Design Future Services

Tender description

The Council has conducted a number of reviews of its day services for people with a learning disability that has provided it with a good understanding of the current situation or the ‘As Is’ and now wishes to develop a ‘To Be’ blueprint to guide its decisions in the future. The past reviews have involved a small number of service users, families and staff but the Council now wishes to commission an independent organisation to facilitate a co-designed blueprint for the future with people with a learning disability, their families/carers, council staff and stakeholders. We also require the facilitator of the co-design exercise to work with a concurrently running consultation event commissioned by Children’s Services on the development of arrangements to support families / carers of children / young people with SEND.
