Tender description

This is a re-opening (Round 2) of the Adult & Community Learning (Life Long Learning) Provider Panel, Pseudo-Framework. Round 1 ref CHEAST001-DN345903-57285731. Cheshire East Lifelong Learning (CELL) is undertaking a further commissioning exercise to procure and develop Adult Education Budget provision for the residents of the Borough reference Public Contracts Regulation Light Touch Regime, in relation to Non-accredited/Adult Community Learning specifically for Round 2. This will be delivered in the same form as Round 1; a Contract for the Provision of an Adult and Community Learning: Provider Panel. This tender process is an opportunity for organisations become a member of the ‘Provider Panel’. Only by carrying out due diligence and Call-off, will grants be allocated. Only on completion of key milestones will grant monies be paid. Round 2 is specific to Lot 2 only driven by the requirements of CELL and ESFA obligations/standards. As part of the tender response document, tenderers are required to submit a funding request schedule (‘funding application’) for learning programmes and/or projects which are aligned to the Education and Skills Funding Agency funding requirements, the priorities set by CELL, Cheshire East Council and Cheshire and Warrington LEP and which match the needs of local people, communities and employers, and the contract will be managed closely to these standards.
