WDC - RFQ for the provision of cleaning services for the Althorpe Centre and 26HT

Warwick District Council owns and rents out two sites situated within Leamington Spa that are buildings are multi-occupied, being licenced to small or early start-up businesses. The two sites are: - Althorpe Enterprise Hub (AEH), Althorpe Street, Leamington Spa, CV31 2GB - 26HT, 26 Hamilton Terrace, Leamington Spa, CV32 4LY Both Althorpe Hub and 26HT are operated by the council as commercial enterprises and therefore are required to provide fully cleaned office facilities to its business tenants. In order to achieve this provision within the tenancy agreements; the council has appointed a service contractor to provide cleaning services to both of these sites. The current cleaning service contracts are due to expire on 31 November 2018. The council is looking to appoint a single contractor to replace these contracts. This request for quotation is to procure a single contractor to provide full cleaning services at both Althorpe Enterprise Hub and 26HT. Cleaning services are to include the provision of all cleaning equipment and supplies. Consumables provision may or may not be included as part of this contract.
