Tender description

The States of Jersey operates a number of learning management systems (LMS) across its various departments, including a corporate version with Virtual College, for the provision of digital training, such as GDPR and Security Awareness both of which launched earlier this year. A project is underway to rationalise the number of platforms. Since the launch of the corporate platform it has become apparent that there is a lack of internal capability and resources to provide content design at the pace and range required and therefore this needs to be sourced from a range of external suppliers. Providing clear direction for procuring digital content across SOJ is required to negate each department from obtaining and/or writing their own. We are carrying out a digital content design tender process in order to appoint a small number of preferred suppliers to work alongside colleagues in the States of Jersey to create high quality digital learning as determined by corporate needs.
