South Staffs Water are looking for an IBM approved systems integrator to help us to re-implement core IBM Maximo modules (upgrading from v7.1 to v7.6) and also to help us select and implement appropriate (best-in-class) ancillary and compatible non-core modules such as scheduling, work force management and integration with GIS systems. EstimatEd value 1 500 000 GBP as a goods and services framework contract with follow on support services up to a maximum of 8 years in length. This PIN is a call for competition with the process planned to start November, appointment by March 2019 and implementation of the successful tenderer from April 2019. This is planned to be a negotiated procedure (article 47), whereby companies who respond with an expression of interest will receive a PQQ which will identify company information, financial standing and capability based on experience. Once evaluated suppliers will be shortlisted and invited to ITT stage. The tender is to be awarded based on most economically advantageous tender.
