Local Cultural Hubs - Kent and East Sussex South East Creative Cultural and Digital Support programme We are seeking to commission Four Local Cultural Hubs which will be core to the delivery of the South East Creative Cultural and Digital Support (SECCADS) programme in Kent and East Sussex. The SECCADS programme is a comprehensive business support programme tailored to meet the needs of the Creative, Cultural and Digital Sector. The ambition is that SECCADS will be a national exemplar of creative industries business support. We are seeking applicants that share that ambition. Local Cultural hubs will be located creative clusters and will provide a flagship destination and presence for the SECCADS programme. They will have access to a venue that can be used for delivery of the project, and an extensive sector network locally and nationally. They will have a track record of providing support to creative practitioners, and experience of programming and promoting events to the sector. The budget available for each Local Cultural Hub is £25,000 from appointment in January 2019 for the duration of the contract to 31st December 2020 (2 years).
