Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations

Tender description

Scottish Water requires suitable service provider(s) to work closely with Scottish Water to provide a cost effective technical and commercial solution for the provision of M&E inspection, repair and maintenance services. The framework is divided 4 Regions (see attached map of 4 operating areas) and 11 lots: 1) Motors and gearboxes (Including electric motors and rewinds); 2) Drives (including VSD’s); 3) Specialist process control; 4) Blowers and compressors; 5) Water sludge presses; 6) Waste water sludge presses; 7) Actuator R&M; 8) Valves R&M; 9) Electrical distribution equipment 10) Screw pumps; 11) Screens.
